Standard delivery within India is estimated at 7–10 business days from order confirmation.

Standard shipping within India is provided at no additional shipping charge, as the shipping cost is included in the product price.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has another product-related issue, please contact DREZAR with your order number and a clear video showing the product and the issue.

The claim will be reviewed before a refund is approved.

If the refund is approved, DREZAR will process the refund within 7 days, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.
